Product used: Aereco ventilation, Dafa Airtightness membrane, Isover & Superglass fibreglass
Description: This was a new build built with 9” hollow block. The walls were sand/cemented to make airtight, then we installed the insulation to a u value of 0.18, then a layer of OSB board was installed with the joints taped to prevent any moisture from entering the insulation layer. The roof was insulated & had airtightness membrane installed. The home will be ventilated with a demand control ventilation system
